Dear Graduates, In accordance with the decision taken by our university, your @stu email accounts assigned to you during your enrollment period and your data stored on Google Drive linked to these accounts will be permanently deleted three (3) months after your graduation date due to system capacity and data security reasons.
In this context, graduates whose graduation date is more than 3 months ago must back up the emails in their @stu email accounts and the files in the Google Drive storage space associated with these accounts by 5:00 PM on October 10, 2025.
If backups are not made within the specified period, access to the relevant accounts will be denied and the accounts will be deleted.
